Humanizily stores the account information, usage data, and editor documents needed to provide the service. Recent activity may be retained for up to 30 days for reliability, abuse prevention, and support.

We use trusted processors for hosting, email, AI processing, and payments. Do not upload sensitive personal, medical, legal, or regulated data unless you have the right to process it.

You can request an export or deletion from your account area, or contact support if you need help with your account.

Payment details are processed by Stripe. Humanizily does not store full card numbers.
