Privacy Policy

Humanizily is operated by ClickDz.ai. This policy says what we keep about you, why, and what you can do about it.

What we store

• Account: your email, name, sign-in method, plan, and usage counters (words, runs, checks).
• Your content: the documents you save in the editor, the files you upload, and the texts you submit to the tools, for as long as your account exists or until you delete them.
• Activity: request logs with timestamps, IP address, browser type, and error reports, kept for up to 30 days for reliability, abuse prevention, and support.
• Billing: your subscription status and invoices. Card numbers are handled by our payment processor and never reach our servers.

How we use it

• To run the service: rewriting, detection, research, editing, plagiarism checks, OCR, and transcription on the text you send.
• To meter your plan, bill subscriptions, and prevent abuse.
• To answer support requests and send account emails (sign-in, receipts, plan changes). No marketing email without your consent.

We do not sell your data, and we do not use your documents or submissions to train AI models.

Who processes it

Your text is sent to third-party AI, search, hosting, email, and payment providers only to deliver the feature you used, under contracts that limit them to that purpose. Analytics are aggregated and used to improve the product.

Your choices

• Export or delete your account and its documents at any time from the Account tab in the workspace.
• Deleting a document removes it from your account immediately; backups clear within 30 days.
• You can ask us to correct account details or to hand over a copy of your data by contacting support.

What not to upload

Do not submit personal data about other people, medical, legal, or financial records, or anything you are not allowed to share. If you must, you are responsible for having that right.

Security and age

Data is encrypted in transit and at rest. Sessions are tied to one signed-in device at a time. The service is for people aged 16 or older.

Changes

If this policy changes in a way that affects you, we update the date above and notify you in the workspace or by email.
