Terms of Service

By creating an account or using Humanizily you agree to these terms. Humanizily is operated by ClickDz.ai.

The service

Humanizily provides AI-assisted writing tools: a humanizer, an AI-likeness detector, a research agent, an editor, a plagiarism checker, OCR, and transcription. Outputs are generated automatically. Review them before you submit, publish, or rely on them. No score, rewrite, or report is a guarantee of originality, accuracy, or acceptance by any institution.

Your account

  • One person per account. Sharing sign-in details or running one account from several devices at once is not allowed.
  • You are responsible for what you submit: it must be yours to use and lawful to process, and you must follow your school or employer's rules on AI assistance.
  • Do not probe, scrape, overload, or try to bypass the limits of the service.

Plans and payment

  • Every new account gets a free trial of 500 words across the tools and 2 Research Agent runs. No card is required and the trial does not expire by date.
  • Unlimited is a subscription billed monthly or yearly in US dollars. It renews automatically until you cancel; cancelling keeps access until the end of the paid period. Prices are shown on the pricing page at the time of purchase.
  • Unlimited removes word limits and includes 15 plagiarism checks per calendar month. Fair-use limits protect the service against automated bulk use.
  • Refunds: if the service did not work for you, contact support within 7 days of a first payment and we will refund it.

Your content

You keep every right to the text and files you submit and to the output you receive. You grant us only what is needed to process them for you. We do not claim ownership and we do not train models on your content.

Acceptable use

Do not use Humanizily to produce content that is illegal, defamatory, or designed to deceive in a way that harms others, to impersonate someone, or to violate another person's rights. We may suspend accounts that break these terms or that stop paying.

Availability and liability

We work to keep the service available but do not promise uninterrupted operation. To the extent the law allows, Humanizily's liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect losses, including lost grades, work, or revenue.

Changes and contact

We may update these terms; material changes are announced in the workspace or by email before they apply. Continued use after that date means you accept them. Questions go to support.
